DIY Hot Cocoa (Gift Idea!)

Homemade Hot Cocoa!!!
Recipe ~
2/3 C. Powdered Milk
1/4C. Powdered Sugar ( or 2/4C. depending on how sweet you like it.)
5TB Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2C mini Marshmallows
*optional ~ 2 or 3TB Chocolate Chips
( I found my Mason Jar at my local Safeway!)
