- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 10 Tbs. salted butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 375. Measure out your flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix together. in a separate bowl mix the butter and sugar until they form a cream, add in the egg.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and roll the dough into small even balls 2 1/2 inches apart. Wet the bottom of a glass and dip it in white sugar, flatten each cookie with the bottom of the sugar coated glass. each cookie should now be coated with a thin layer of sugar. Finally, bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes and let cool for 5. Enjoy!
